Pat is the MAN!

I was in dire need of a local bankruptcy lawyer on Cape Cod due to a pending foreclosure action. I was referred to contact Attorney Patrick L. Mead in Mashpee for a free consultation on Chapter 13 bankruptcy and how it could help me stop the foreclosure of my home and get me back on track. I was deni...ed a loan modification so I had no choice and I had my back against the wall. Due to failing health, heart surgeries, and rehab time, the FMLA and short-term disability payments was not enough for me to keep up with all my bills. WOW!

Even though bankruptcy was not a good fit for me or my business, Attorney Patrick Mead still took over an hour to exhaust all possibilities and eventually found me a solution other than the bankruptcy path. Although bankruptcy would have been the "cheapest" option, because of certain assets that were... non-exempt so to speak, it became clear that I needed to seek "other" alternatives. Mr. Mead was amazing. He steered me in the right direction and I could not have been happier!

If you are looking for a lawyer for bankruptcy there is no one more affordable, knowledgeable, or caring than Pat. Attorney Mead was recommended to me by a co-worker that used his services in 2024 and was very satisfied with the price and the results. Knowing this co-worker to be an avid reader of on...line reviews, I took his advice and it was the best thing that I could have done. So if you need a chapter 7 to just wipe out credit card debt, or a more complex case like a chapter 13 to stop foreclosure, Attorney Mead handles it all.
