Family law attorney Penny Nasios is especially skilled in resolving family disputes using non-litigative approaches to enable her family law clients to maintain an effective working relationship with the other parent, and minimize the cost, delay and uncertainty of a trial.
If a case cannot be settled out of court, clients benefit from Penny’s extensive trial experience. She has represented clients in the Probate and Family and Juvenile Court Departments in matters of divorce, division of the marital estate, guardianship, child custody and support, as well as child protection (DCF-involved matters).
Attorney Penny Nasios has been practicing law since 1994 in the greater Brockton area. She began her practice as a solo practitioner, then as a partner in the firm of Nasios & Galloway, LLP between 2003-2013. From 2013-2017 she was the lead Attorney in Nasios & Associates, LLC. Between January 2018 and June 2021, she merged her practice with Attorney Mason to create Mason & Nasios, LLP and thereafter since 7/1/2021 has returned to her prior position as lead Attorney at Nasios & Associates, LLC.
Attorney Nasios is a member of the Plymouth County Bar Association, the Massachusetts Bar Association, Family Law Section, and Juvenile Bar Association.
