My mother had hired Brigitte von Weiss to do her POA almost ten years ago. Since that time, my mother was diagnosed with moderate dementia and was admitted to a facility. As her POA, and one who was living out of state in Indiana, I had to sell her home. In order to do this, I needed the original ...POA. I had misplaced it and could not find it.
