Atwood cost me 50 months in state prison. Google him. He also told me 10k then cost me 30k. The state has disciplined him. U need to really make a good choice when hiring a lawyer. Atwood failed me several times all in same case. Had he filed the most obvious double jeopardy motion I’d never had done... a day in prison. He blew my plea quolloqy after deal was made for probation. I got 8-10 first time in prison for non violent property crime. Receiving stolen property.
