I am a collaborative attorney and mediator who is committed to working with my clients towards resolving their matters in an equitable manner without the trauma and expense that is often associated with litigation. I believe in providing a dignified approach in which my clients' legal interests and objectives are pursued in a manner that offers a much greater likelihood that they will be satisfied not only with the outcome of their dispute, but also with the process in which they resolved it.

I also represent client's in the probate process, which includes filing for probate in the probate court, marshalling the assets of the estate, paying the deceased person's debts and taxes and then distributing the estate according to the language of the will or if there is no will, under the laws of intestacy.

I also represent clients seeking guardianship and/or conservatorship for incapacitated individuals who because of their incapacity are not able to care for their own interests. Guardianship and Conservatorship law allows the court to appoint someone to make legal and welfare decisions for incapacitated persons, and to appoint someone to manage an incapacitated persons financial affairs. A legal guardian may be appointed as a limited decision-maker or an all-purpose decision-maker.
