Biography
Marty entered private practice in 2002 at the Weymouth firm Gaughen, Gaughen, Lane & Hernando, representing individuals and businesses in all aspects of their legal needs. Since that time, he has gained a reputation for his hands-on, innovative, and cost-effective approach to representing his clients. In 2017, Marty established the firm Winstead Law in Hanover, Massachusetts with the goal of continuing to provide legal representation of the highest quality.

Horrible STAY AWAY
if I could leave 0 * I would. He promised the world. Then Withdrew case when he didn’t get Policy like he promised because he didn’t prepare. didn’t spend any money on case. LIED IN FRONT JUDGE THEY BELIEVED HIM. Think first… GO ELSE WHERE!!
