Prosecutors are held to a high ethical standards and are REQUIRED to charge the correct person with a crime. Instead of a thorough investigation to bring justice to Cora, Callan, and Dawson, law enforcement ran an investigation on vibes and heresy and the Commonwealth moved forward with charges again...st Lindsay Clancy that they could not prove!!! What a disgrace to our justice system. The way Shanan acted in court was disgusting, she lacks professionalism, tact, and class. Shanan is an embarrassment to her profession and women.

It appears many of us came away with the same impression. The conduct displayed was unprofessional, immature, and disrespectful, particularly given the seriousness of the proceedings. It reflects poorly on the District Attorney’s Office and raises serious questions about the judgment exercised in sel...ecting both her and Jennifer Sprague to represent the Commonwealth.
