Defendant was accused of shooting another man in the parking lot of an abandoned supermarket in the city of Brockton. It was alleged that officers saw him commit the shooting, and there was DNA connect ... ing him to the scene. The Defendant was indicted on gun charges, one charge of Armed Assault with Intent to Murder, and a charge of Armed Career Criminal with three predicates. After a three day jury trial, the jury acquitted the defendant on all charges.
