I have used Attorney Reservitz on a few occasions over the years. He got me a bigger settlement than I thought I would get. His Paralegals and support staff are also excellent. They have a great team.
My primary practice is Personal Injury. Most of these cases are automobile accident cases with the remainder being mostly Slip and Fall cases or Dog bite cases.
I have always maintained a criminal practice since my days as a prosecutor and then Criminal Defense Atty in the 1990's. These cases are primarily DUI/DWI which is referred to as OUI (Operating Under the Influence) in Massachusetts.
I have been a trial attorney since 1996. I started as a prosecutor and then a criminal defense attorney before shifting my practice to personal injury. For over 20 years, I have represented victims of accidents against insurance companies that do not have their best interests in mind. I am passionate about my work. I have a team a 2 supporting attorneys and 3 experienced multi-lingual paralegals but I am involved in every case. I provide my clients with my personal mobile phone number to call or text 7 days a week. I am the former President of the Pilgrim Bar Advocates and the Plymouth County Bar Association. I was appointed by the Governor to the Judicial Nominating Committee to select Judges in 2012.
