My practice focuses in the areas of chemistry, clean energy, and medical devices, and I have experience in all aspects of patent practice.

I have significant litigation experience as a member of a jury trial team and in Hatch-Waxman ANDA disputes. I have drafted and prosecuted applications in the fields of polymer chemistry, membranes and filtration technology, materials chemistry, and medical devices. My experience includes significant prosecution within the framework of the Patent Cooperation Treaty. I also have experience providing invalidity and non-infringement opinions and conducting freedom-to-operate analyses.

In addition to my patent practice, I prosecute trademarks and litigate trademark infringement claims.
