Over the course of the last 14 years Attorney Hernando has prosecuted and defended numerous criminal cases. In addtion since joining the Firm of Gaughen, gaughen, Lane & Hernando, over 12 years ago, he has handled numerous matters in the various departments of the Triai Court including but not limited to the Superior Court, District Court, Probate and Family Court. Said representation has included both Plaintiffs and Defendants.
