I was referred to Sean Flaherty after I was injured on the job. I am..was..an ICU nurse who was kicked several times by a patient requiring 2 surgeries with a third pending. Sean Flaherty and staff are AMAZING at what they do. After a work accident left my husband with a brain injury (as well as other physical injuries), my husband and I walked into Sean's office apprehensive about what we thought would be a tough and long process. With that in our mind during the process Sean proved that to be true. Sean Flaherty led us to a succesful and fast resolution of a Social Security claim, as well as a VERY succesful workers comp claim. Very early on in our case, Sean was able to win a wage discrepency issue after figuring out that the workers comp insurance company inaccurately paid my husband for quite some time.
