Joy has represented me twice, very successfully, for a child visitation and subsequent child custody case. This was a very long and drawn out process due to petulance, false accusations, petty tactics etc. I didn’t deserve such an incredible human. Nobody does. Joy might be an actual angel, not a... human being….Her advocacy on my behalf healed more trauma than any doctor has even come close to. The sweetest , most cathartic vindication. I am passionate and not very well spoken when I feel there are injustices happening. My mouth has been my downfall since childhood. I have worked with Attorney Pennington on and off for the past 2/3 years on different matters . I enjoyed having her as an attorney. She is VERY knowledgeable and willing to do the work necessary to see her clients succeed . I’ve always been able to get ahold of her, I’ve always felt supported and... at times I’ve even felt she went above and beyond for me . This is simply because she’s made it a point to be attentive, stay in touch , to have my proper contact information and of course keeping me informed on legal matters . I say all of that because I’ve dealt with lawyers who have not been so prompt and informative ; she was literally a breath a fresh air .
