I had an option through work for "cheaper" legal services, online or with a local attorney. After doing some research, on estate planning, that we had been procrastinating on for years, we decided to go with Joseph Lento after reading reviews similar to this. Joe made the process simple, stress free ...and straightforward, answering all of our questions via phone or email. An initial office meeting to go over what we were looking for, Will/Trust/HCP & POA, we then received drafts via email for our review and the second office meeting we wrapped everything up, done and no stress! Joe is fantastic, highly recommended!

After losing my husband in August of 2022, I had let slip getting my own will and trust completed. A foot surgery got me moving and Joe had all my paperwork done before I hit the operating table! I had already mapped out what I wanted done with my assets, but he provided alternative options with und...erstandable explanations. I have had to contact him several times since the signing in mid-February, and he is always super quick to respond! (Does he ever sleep?) In addition, his fees to set up a will and trust were very reasonable.
