Had an accidental firearm discharge inside a dwelling case with additional charge of improper storage charges brought against me by a vindictive plaintiff. On top of also telling the police and court some outlandish charges to further ruin my reputation and increase my chances of a more severe punish...ment. Attorney Martin was able to have the most serious charge, improper storage, removed from my case. Pushing for a lesser charge since we were not denying the main. After several months turned into over a year and half of ongoing litigation between state and us. Attorney Martin was able to have my punishment communed to a year and half probation, along some added parts, that will lead to a CWOF finding. This on top of also hearing and using plaintiff words and actions as legally allowed against them to highlight a pattern of malice towards me by using the courts.
