I hired Brian Palmucci to defend me in a criminal matter in Hingham District Court. He was responsive and responsible during the entire case. He was very knowledgeable about what was going on and what was the best way to proceed. We took the case to trial and he ended up getting it dismissed. I would use him again in any case I had.

Brockton Judges are sharks and i walked in there with 2 defaults facing the mandatory 90 day sentence. My probation officers words when i told her my lawyers name , " HOW THE HELL DID YOU FINE HIM? HE USED TO BE THE DA HERE AND IS WELL RESPECTED HERE! YOU HAVE A GREAT LAYWER! her words not mines!Brian was brilliant in representing me.The judge gave Brian hell but he corner her and put her in a position that would had made the Commonwealth look bad had she made me serve 90 days. Brian got my case thrown out and a promise to appear on a default out Dudley. BRIAN IS A BEAST AND HAS THE BEST RATES HANDS DOWN! I'm Puertorican and i feel Brockton discriminates to the point that the would had keep m
for them 30 days just to keep the prison full, its business 1st. Everybody that had a public defender got sent to Plymouth.

Brian does what he says! He returned my call the very next morning, then followed up with me from the car on his way to a Wake! Then followed up via e-mail. Then touched base a week later with me. Amazing guy. Gave me more legal information about my case than my hired attorney did - and he asked for ZERO money from me. If things progress with my case, he is absolutely hired. Brian is knowledgeable, humble, respectful, personable, and RELIABLE. You are doing yourself a disservice if you don't check him out. I only wish I knew about him earlier.

I have hit some ruff time in life and made a stupid mistake. I had some consultant with a couple of lawyers 2 from my area Brockton MA & Brian P. from Quincy. The 2 other lawyers which were cheaper, had high rating, and supposedly well known in Brockton, but I had to go with Brian. He was not arrogant and sounded like he cared to help. All I got from the other lawyers were to brush you off unless you have the money in full. Brian knew what I was going through and agreed to do a payment arrangement when it's best for me. With my luck, there were a couple of times that court was missed and Brian took care of it! without the huff and puff like I was wasting his time, he is very professional about it and told me not to worried. I had a Criminal Case against me and the day of the court Brian took care of it in 10 mins!!! The issue is cleared and won't be on my record. I wanted to freaking jump and hugg him! I am beyond grateful to have him represent for me... . Everyone makes mistakes during hard times, just learn from it an fix the issue... Or have the BEST lawyer fix it for you Brian Palmucci! I highly recommend him, he doesn't judge and genuinely cares..and that's no doubt about!!
p/s I did not know he is the City Council for Quincy til now! Nothing but Greatness Brian P.

I had never needed a lawyer before so I didn't know what to expect. I found Brian online and he immediately made me feel better about dealing with a lawyer. Not only were his prices extremely reasonable, he always kept me informed and answered any questions I had in a way that I could understand and that made me feel as though he really cared about me. I could not be more satisfied with my experience with attorney Palmucci.

I found him in an online search for lawyers in my area. He gave me a line about being a fighter in the courtroom and I fell for it. The first red flag was after we agreed on a rate and he "forgot". The second was the fee AGAIN being higher than agreed upon but this time on the attorney client agreement. Luckily I caught it before signing. He, of course "forgot", again. The third was the change in attitude after I wrote the check. In the courtroom, he didn't fight for me one bit. He sat back checking his phone under the desk/texting, while I was publicly humiliated by courtroom occurrences that I felt he should've at least made an attempt to stop. He missed important information and got information wrong. He allowed the other party to commit perjury, knowingly and did nothing about it despite my having evidence to prove the perjury. The perjury was negative, humiliating statements about myself and the judge asked Brian if he was aware of them, brian said yes but never disputed any of it. He made me look very bad. I paid him to represent me but I'd have been better off representing myself. We had major disagreement over these issues and after I posted a negative review telling only the facts, he offered to do an appeal for free. I declined for various reasons and I was met with anger when I told him why I declined and why I was unhappy with his representation. That hearing was very important and it wasn't taken seriously enough. He also made a few comments to me about separate issues that he knows very little about and had no right telling me his negative, unsolicited opinion. Lastly, he said a few things that seemed were meant to antagonize me. Even though he told me a question he answered wasn't part of our agreement- (he should've said so at the time that he couldn't tell me for FREE what I should do when my storage unit has been burglarized. I was unaware I had to pay for that) - he was happy to dish out unsolicited legal advice when it was surely something I didn't need to hear or want to hear, and whose only purpose would be to antagonize me. Part of the unsolicited advice was to call 911 when I discover my storage unit has items stolen, which would be stupid.
There's a lot I'm unhappy about but I need to keep it confidential.
My mother got a bad feeling as soon as she saw him. She didn't trust him one bit.
Be wary if you're a woman in a vulnerable situation.

I was arrested for an oui back in March, lost my job and was really depressed about the financial burden I had put on my wife and children. I couldn't afford a lawyer and a week before my trial I happen to find Brian Palmucci's name on the internet. So decided to call, and when I got off the phone with him not only was he very informative but he actually understood the crisis I had put my family in financially. He was willing to take my case in such short notice and his fee was VERY reasonable! I feel very lucky that I have a competent, hardworking attorney who is willing to defend me!! Especially on my budget. Brian Palmucci loves what he does and as a result he will do whatever he can to fight for your rights. Thank you so much Brian. I couldn't be more relieved now that I have Brian as my attorney.
