Robert Lam

I represent a variety of cases including family law, criminal law, and corporate law. In family law, I was defendant’s counsel in the Lacharite v. Gereb case, where I successfully vacated and expunged the defendant’s restraining order after a finding that the plaintiff had committed fraud on the court. I have helped plaintiffs and defendants resolve their family law disputes across the state of Massachusetts. In corporate law, I have helped to represent a plaintiff in a multi-million dollar federal case.
