If you hire Kara J. Kinnally, Esq. as your lawyer considered yourself armed with a secret weapon. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable; she is patient, calm, and always prepared. Kara was our lawyer for a very frustrating eviction case. Every step of the way Kara prepared us for all possible sce...narios. She is honest and realistic about the possible outcomes. She gave us different options on how we could best approach the situation. When it came time to go to court, she tried to work with our tenants at sufferance to come up with a deal that best suited both of our needs. When the tenant refused and harped on a matter that had nothing to do with the case, Kara patiently listened until the tenants tantrum was over. She politely said okay and turned away towards us. In court Kara presented our case, along with the deal we had offered the tenant outside the courtroom. The judge ruled in our favor, making it a point to tell the tenant that she was getting a good deal and take it, as Kara is obviously a very good lawyer. She always made the time for us and never made us feel like a bother. Our tenants our now moved out and we recovered our lost rental income.
