Dan is everything you need and could ever want in an attorney. On numerous occasions my companies have used Dan in matters relating to contracts, collections, litigation, and general counsel; whether easy or extremely complicated. His communication skills provide a well articulated calm and ca...lculated approach that aid in comprehensive and accurate interpretations. This has not only proved he uses great judgement, but has always yielded a positive judgement. To add, his people skills combined with his communication skills make him a marksman; his ability to effectively communicate with and read others, combined with being personable, persuasive, and authentic, make him a force to be reckoned with. His analytical abilities are impressive and thorough. Whether Dan is providing his analysis of an issue, or contemplating the mind of an opponent, he uses quantitative and qualitative data to develop unprecedented determinations. He is also transparent and fearless about addressing issues of which he may be unfamiliar with, in which he demonstrates amazingly diligent and resourceful research capabilities. One of the most important qualities Dan has, and most attorneys should have, is perseverance. To put it plainly, Dan does not like to lose. If he takes on any legal project, he makes it his mission to see it to finality while still having the client's best interest in mind. More importantly, his idea of winning is the client winning, not his ego. He sees to it that his work is complete and drives it to successful finish. The most important of all Dan's qualities, is his creativity. His ability to practice law is more of an art than anything. He understands and is passionate about his craft, and takes what he does very seriously. Dan has never ceased to amaze me with his work. I like to call him the Bob Ross of law, because he has always painted a happy little (& big) result for us.
