Mr. Stern confused details of 2 separate but similar work incidents, while throughout my consultation he was arrogant, patronizing, condescending, and repeatedly interrupted, thus never gaining a complete understanding of my case. He said I appeared "dishonest" and "untrustworthy". Without advising... me in advance, he charged me for the time we spoke on the phone setting up the consultation (in addition to the consultation itself), and this was after he repeatedly (six times) called me to make the same point over and over. After I sent payment through Zelle, he advised he “didn’t want it that way because there were fees to his business account”, and requested I send payment a different way. This was after the funds had already been deducted from my account. After emailing me, again repeatedly, on a Monday morning while I was at work, I requested, in writing, that Mr. Stern please stop emailing me. He continued to email me even after receiving my request that he stop.
