Shannon J. Bayer

After receiving my JD, I volunteered for North Shore Legal Services at the Housing Court in Lynn. My first attorney position was with a local company working in loan sales. In 2008, I moved to Washington DC, where I began reviewing documents in large corporate cases such as anti-trust and toxic tort.

While working in document review, I realized that I wanted to get back to helping individuals and be part of a community. I went to law school to provide legal advice and guidance to those who need it. It was natural to move back to the Boston area, where I spent almost ten years, to become a neighborhood attorney. 

I take pride in the fact that in 2010, I am the third generation to open a "Bayer Law Office". I formed this office in the tradition of my grandfather and my uncle; to help individuals solve legal issues with dignity and competence. My mission is to be your neighborhood attorney and give the residents of the Greater Boston Area a person to turn to, instead of a firm.
