Rita helped me to resolve long standing tenant problem. I spoke with number of attorneys before her and was under impression that my situation is unsolvable. Rita took the issue, researched it, brought my tenants to court and managed to move them out and even get some compensation for me from them! T...o my amazement I didn't even need to go to court. She called me from court and let me know that she worked it out with tenants and presented their resolution to judge. In next 2 days long time non paying tenants moved out and I've got compensation check from them. That was miracle for me considering time and efforts I spent trying to resolve this situation myself.
