Biography
Focusing my litigation practice on aviation defense. I represent several airlines, airport authorities and ground handling companies in cases pending throughout the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and New Hampshire. This litigation includes the defense of claims involving personal injury, premises liability, the Air Carrier Access Act, discrimination and general commercial litigation. I also handle products liability cases for various automotive and commercial trucking manufacturers, as well as the defense of various environmental claims for fuel suppliers.
