I really don't like being harsh on people but I feel like Chris had no respect whatsoever for his duty toward me as a client. First, he neglected to bring key evidence to our summary process hearing, which delayed an easy case that should have been resolved in a day for a full three years. During tho...se three years he engaged in absolutely no strategic litigation, failed to submit crucial evidence during the discovery period, often failed to return phone calls, responded to any requests for help with our ongoing defendant-related issues by telling us that such help was outside of our fee agreement, including when we made an urgent request for a restraining order. Then a few months before the case was set to go to trial Chris got a job with a firm and told us that as a result he was withdrawing from our case. Chris is not a good attorney and I don't mind saying it because I very much believe he screwed us all over. He is not the type of guy who became a lawyer because he was justice oriented, he's the kind who became a lawyer because he graduated from college when the economy was bad.
