William Walsh

William L. Walsh (Liam) participates in all aspects of the firm’s personal injury practice, focusing on premises liability, medical malpractice, defective medical device claims and construction site cases. Liam brings a fresh approach to each case, working closely with clients to achieve results on their terms. He worked for the firm full time while in law school before joining as an associate in 2018. His years of experience have helped to cultivate an understanding of meticulous case management and the litigation process.

Liam is an active member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and a number of other local bar associations. He currently serves on a legislative research committee for MATA.

Before joining SUGARMAN, Liam worked in constituent services in a district office of the U.S. House of Representatives where he gained valuable advocacy experience. He graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 2018 after earning his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2015. Having worked and studied internationally, Liam, who speaks French, has a unique perspective from which to approach client issues. Liam is also an avid runner and has completed several marathons, including the Boston Marathon.
