Andrew A Rainer

Over the course of my career, I have served as a prosecutor, as Counsel to the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee, and as an active trial lawyer. I am an AV-rated lawyer who has served as lead counsel in dozens of jury trials, and have helped craft numerous multimillion-dollar settlements. I brought the first whistleblower suit against a government contractor for fraud on Boston's Big Dig, helping the federal and state governments recover almost $50 million.  I am currently representing the families of smokers in litigation against cigarette manufacturers, and am in a position to take on a few more clients with difficult cases involving fraud, public health or the environment.
