John B. O'Donnell

John was my attorney for a matter that took about 18 months to resolve. My first contact with John was an email I sent with questions about my situation. It was Saturday morning and he called me. I was not expecting that. I totally fell apart and he was professional and courteous and just a downright... decent and understanding person. He explained what my options were without candy coating it. He told me what steps I could take right away that would take some of the pressure off. After I hung up I felt better than I had in 2 years. I was no better off except that I felt like I was in good hands. It was not easy but everything worked out. John made it as pain free as I think it could be by returning phone calls and emails promptly every time. His instructions were always clear and concise. I did not have to have a law degree to understand what was happening because John is great at explaining. He is very organized which is important because disorganization leads to delays and delays make things more costly. Everything went as he predicted. His initial estimate was 100% accurate. So in short he's an honest, effective and reliable attorney. On top of that he is friendly and easy to talk to which made this very difficult time in my life easier to deal with than I could have ever hoped. I hope I never need a lawyer again, but if I do it will be John.
