Eliana C. Nader

I represent detained and non-detained clients in a wide variety of immigration matters, including consular processing, family based immigration, employment based immigration, removal defense, adjustment of status, asylum, special immigrant juvenile petitions, provisional waivers, U visas, VAWA, and naturalization.  I represent clients in removal (deportation) proceedings before the Immigration Court, as well as before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.  I also handle appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Administrative Appeals Office.  I am admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and am proud to assist all families in obtaining security and stability in the United States.
