William Patrick Breen Jr

I am a commercial litigator and trial attorney with substantial experience in business litigation, products liability litigation, employment litigation (management side), construction litigation and other complex and varied litigation. My practice involves case management and representation from intake through trial and appeal.

My appellate practice includes briefing and oral argument before the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and Massachusetts Appeals Court.

The contracts and agreement aspect of my practice involves contract review and negotiation, particularly in the medical device, durable medical equipment and personal services industries.
