I am an attorney dedicated to protect the rights of all those who have been exploited by the mishandling of authority by institutions or individuals. Morality is not dead and you have to stand up to those entities that have ignored or neglect each human beings right to be respected. In addition I work as Of Counsil New York .

In 1985 obtained the first judgment in a pschiatric malpractice for sexual abuse of a patient by her therapist. This has progressed to National recognition in the field of patient abuse by all levels of therapists, clergy, attorneys, or any person in a position of authority over this class of clients or patients. The fiduciary responsibily of these individuals who hold power and authority over these patients or client is at the core of this litigation. Crossing boundaries, mishandling of transference and negligent termination all pervade these cases.
We have been published in the Psychiatric Times, Lawyer's Weekly, several law reviews and professional journals. I have been quoted as an expert in numerous newspaper articles throughout the years. Many of theses articles are listed in our home page at .
