Until Ms Santiano and one more woman came onto my case after several years at a standstill, , nothing had happened. I even found out that my so called lawyer was not working there anymore and no one had informed me. Then Ms Santiano took over the case with one other woman and it proceeded successful...ly and in due time. She listened also, esp in the negotiations, and we were able together to get a settlement..Listening to clients is important and in this case raised the settlement. So without her and the other attorney, I would still be waiting to hear from someone. I was most disappointed in the firm until she got my case, along with pleading on my part and encouragement from the owners brother, and even though it was a small case, gave it a good priority which in turn is a good reference for the company.
