Biography
My practice is concentrated in the area of civil litigation. My primary area of practice invovles creditors, secured lenders and equipment lessors in a variety of commercial matters. I have defended a large number of lender liability cases for banking clients. I also litigate more general business torts, contract disputes, trademark and trade secret litigation, real estate cases, and insurance coverage litigation. Finally I have handled a number of tort and personal injury cases for both plaintiffs and defendants.
