Other than the 10 days earned for programs and working. Is there any other way to knock off time from a prison sentence in MA.

I believe that court has to be in session to be found in contempt under those circumstances.

The statute of limitations depends on the state. In MA, its 20 years, or never if there is corroboration. You will have to contact a NH lawyer or...

Unfortunately, employers have wide leeway in hiring and firing as long as it is not for a prohibited reason.

Some courts also offer free "clinics" for people who want to seal their records. You should check with the appropriate clerk's office.

My understanding is that condo boards can only require that the tenants sign a lease and that the lease reference the rules of the association....

Yes, that's what it means to have a warrant. They get to search your house.
