Since your roommates do not own the apartment, they have no right to say who can live there. Only the landlord's permission is needed.

Of course you can go to the police. You should report the hitting prior to filing the divorce so it does not look calculating.

Depending on your record, some term of probation is likely. If the amount is large, jail is theoretically possible. Call my office to discuss this.

Yes he can, but he should not be billing the condo association for the work is he is still in control of the board.
