I am an experienced litigator and regulatory defense attorney.   I also bring my experience, knowledge, perspective and judgment to service as an independent neutral mediator, arbitrator or discovery referee, or as settlement counsel.  

The focus of my practice has been on commercial and financial litigation, including defense of broker-dealer/investment advisor customer claims in arbitration and court litigation, and on related regulatory matters, representing national and regional broker-dealer firms and other financial institutions and associated individuals in a wide variety of matters arising from retail and institutional financial services operations.  I have also successfully conducted other financial services litigation; franchise, product liability and employment litigation, and a variety of general commercial litigation, as well as construction arbitration. 

I am a FINRA Dispute Resolution and National Futures Association arbitrator.
