John David Carucci

John has dedicated his career to representing his clients and their families throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire in both state and Federal courts. He advocates on behalf of those who have been injured by medical and dental negligence, in automobile accidents, by defective products, and in premise liability matters. He specializes in cases involving misdiagnosis of cancer and injuries stemming from childbirth.

John has represented hundreds of clients throughout his career in complex medical malpractice and personal injury claims, and has been involved in recovery of tens millions of dollars for his clients in settlements and trial verdicts.

Prior to joining Jeffrey Glassman Injury Lawyers, John worked for several years at a nationally-recognized plaintiff-side firm. He also carries the unique perspective of having worked as a defense attorney early in his career. John has been recognized by his peers as a SuperLawyer Rising Star every year since 2019.

Born and raised in Massachusetts, John lives in the Greater Boston area with his wife and daughters.
