Excellent patience and attention to detail
Greg is a great attorney all around. He listens to your concerns, your opinion on the case, does the necessary research needed for any question. No matter how difficult the situation is, Greg is there to help. Whether it is a case that is a day long or one that is 3 1/2 years long, he always has the same positive attitude and work ethic. I would recommend him to everyone if possible. I’ve worked with him on both consults and on a case and am quite happy with all results.

Non compete suit
Greg worked with me for months to settle a suit brought against me from a previous employer. He is knowledgeable about the law and how best to approach the suit. I was very pleased with the results and Greg’s professionalism.

strategic, thorough, listens, acts
first of all this was a crazy case that lasted 3 years with the twists and turns that a Hollywood movie couldn't write. Greg stuck with it the whole way, thinking through strategy, checking facts, law, consulting with other lawyers to make sure the strategy was sound. always on time, easy to get ahold of, and easy to work with. most of all takes what he does very seriously, and is great in court. i would absolutely hire him again if i ever have the need.

Great attorney, put's his clients first !
Our family had the pleasure of having Attorney Vanden-Eykel represent our interest in two legal matters. He did so with great care, intellect, and skill. We prevailed both times, so it's no surprise we highly recommend him.

Education
I consulted with Attorney Vanden-Eykel regarding advice on the IEP process. This was my first time having to deal with the school department to obtain an IEP for my daughter. There was numerous forms that were being requested to be signed and filled out as well as letters needed to be written to have evaluations conducted. Attorney Vanden-Eykel helped make the IEP process run more smoothly for me by reviewing the documents before I submitted them and providing recommendations for wording needed to help obtain evaluations etc. My daughter eventually qualified for an IEP and Attorney Vanden-Eykel helped with reviewing the document to make sure that everything was worded in the best interest of my child. It was great to know that I had Attorney Vanden-Eykel available to ask questions to when needed. He is very knowledge in the area of special education and really helped me when I needed legal advice to help advocate for services for my daughter. He was easy to get a hold of and always responded timely to phone calls and emails. I would strongly recommend reaching out to Attorney Vanden-Eykel for assistance with any issues you may be having in obtaining special education services from your local school department.

"I have known and worked with Greg for several years. He is an aggressive and conscientious lawyer who works hard for excellent results, both in and outside of the courtroom. Greg is a creative and detail-oriented attorney who zealously represents his clients, while simultaneously paying close attention to the economic and emotional toll of a matter. This is an all too important factor in the education field. Indeed, the advice and legal services he provides to schools and educational facilities staves off litigation and often extricates his clients from difficult situations. A t the same time, Greg has demonstrated his skills in vigorously defending his clients when called upon to do so in any dispute. His clients are fortunate to have him on their side."
