Eric James Robbie

I am a trial attorney practicing primarily in civil litigation and appellate practice. My practice primarily includes defense litigation in asbestos/toxic torts, product liability and environmental claims matters. I also have extensive experience in insurance claims litigation, insurance coverage disputes, tort litigation, criminal defense, public benefit law, housing, probate and landlord/tenant law. My firm, CMBG3, provides a diverse range of services for our clients, with a multifaceted practice portfolio. We focus on risk management, strategic planning and litigation defense. Prior to my career as an attorney, I worked in government and have experience in public policy, education, and environmental policy.

I live in Quincy, MA. When not in the office or in court, you can likely find me running or biking around the greater Boston area, or hiking or camping in the mountains of New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont. I am an avid hiker, having summitted all 67 mountains over 4000 feet in New England. I also run, climb, ski, and enjoy traveling, live music, cooking & dining out.
