For 25 years Don has maintained a varied civil litigation practice with an emphasis on complex land use and real estate disputes. He handles cases at the trial and appellate levels in the state and federal courts, and before administrative agencies. Outside of court Don has successfully resolved many disputes through negotiation, mediation and arbitration. Don is the founder and editor of the firm’s widely-read land use law blog, the Massachusetts Land Use Monitor, which provides real-time news and commentary on developments in Massachusetts land use and real estate law.
