I made the error of hiring him for a small matter several years ago. He lied to get me to hire him. Later he told me that because I was afraid he hurt me. He messed up the matter; it was outside his specialty - he didn't tell me that - in fact, some one recommended him in the middle of the case. I fired him afterwards. He will not leave me alone. He has tapped my phone, interfered with my incoming and outgoing email messages, gone into my safe deposit box and stolen documents (including sick letters he wrote me), come into my apartment and stolen records, falsified records, tampered with my bank account and health insurance company, etc. He has used cybercrime and just regular old crime to try to get me into probate litigation - that I have NEVER wanted. He has interfered with relationships - new and old. For example, he put on the internet that some one who was interested in me was married -- that person was not married. for example, when an old friend tried to help me in a crisis situation, brian Bixby interfered with the call so we could not hear each other. His goal seems to be to get me into law suit civil and criminal after law suit. He has disrupted my life - my career, finances, relationships. I would do almost anything to reclaim my life. HE WILL NOT LEAVE ME ALONE. he hacks into all my phone calls. he tapes them. sometimes he splices the tapes and plays them to people . It is my educated opinion that he is the sickest person I have ever come across. he has been by far the most destructive person I have ever met. in my opinion, he is a creature and not a human being. In my opinion, he belongs in jail.

Bixby is a foul, arrogant, egotistical attorney who does not care about your case at all. He has, in my case, dragged it on way beyond the timeframe that is acceptable, run up fees, demeaned & denigrated everything that as a client should be respected. He hides info, keeps you in the dark & truly does not act in your own best interest whatsoever. And perhaps the ultimate insult, he doesn't even care enough to get the facts straight in your case & keeps it going for so long which, ultimately, means you lose or settle way short of what you should because he boxes you in a corner as a client. He's a bully, not smart and will eventually show his true colors as an adversary not an advocate.
Stay away. Do not hire this man. You will regret it. Litigation
is hard enough, it's draining emotionally and financially and is exhausting... but when your own attorney isn't even in your corner, it is living, and I mean living, hell.
This is what happens when you hire Bixby. Beware.
I wish I would have read these reviews before I hired him. Multiple one star reviews is a dire warning,

He has almost single handedly managed to prevent my family, as victims to the murder of our father and husband, to settle his estate. He has help up the closure of the estate with bogus filings, all the while running up fees. He has also provided inadequate representation to his client in the process by withholding information which his client has requested on numerous occasions and have been provided for the client's review.
