Terrible Public Defender

I was appointed Anthony by Suffolk Superior court. I was not satisfied in the least bit. He goes and puts in for a dismissal for part of my indictment without speaking with me. Even worst, he ask for a dismissal for the most frivolous part of the indictment. I couldn't understand for the life of me w...hy he didn't ask for a dismissal of the whole indictment that contained no evidence! Needless to say i fired him. Can you believe he told me i can be re indicted on a faulty charge that was dismissed! I wouldn't recommend him to anyone I know!
