In 2021, I contracted the services of Linda Cristello’s office. I spending approximately around $7,750 thousand. In 2022, immigration denied my request for adjustment of status, asking for more evidence. Linda made a new contract and I spent around $5,800 with the contract and more new evidence. Lind...a's office sent the documents on the SAME day of the immigration deadline was DUE. The new documentation arrived 4 days later on the immigration office, resulting in my case being denied. After spending all this money and waiting 2 years, I was expecting for good NEWS, unfortunately I am frustrated and now trying to get my money back from Linda Cristello! Updating on my case: On 04/12/23, I filed a lawsuit against Linda Cristello at Dedham courthouse. On 04/25/24 after trial I received a judgment in my favor. Linda Cristello appealed and another trial was scheduled for 06/18/24. After trial Linda Cristello lost again and on 07/02 24 the judge order Linda Cristello to reimburse me the full payment for not filing my paperwork on time. The court case number 2354SC000964.
