Biography
Joseph Demeo is Founder and Managing Partner of the law firm Demeo, LLP. The Firm handles complex commercial litigation, including: contract disputes; unfair trade practices claims; injunctions; copyright, trademark and licensing disputes; internal investigations; enforcement of non-competition and non-solicitation agreements; employment law; real estate litigation; securities litigation; and partnership and shareholder disputes. Demeo also has an excellent white collar criminal defense practice and bankruptcy practice. For many years, we have represented local and national busineses, banks and technology companies, including Fortune 500 companies. The Firm was founded in 1997.
