Biography
I'm the Founding/Managing Partner at Salerno Firm focusing my practice on all areas of family law, including high conflict divorce and highly contentious child custody matters. I have successfully litigated child removal requests and international child abduction cases in the Probate and Family Courts and U.S. District Court in Boston. Prior to founding Salerno Firm, I was a Partner/Shareholder at two Boston based firms where I specialized in family law.
During my legal career, I have served as faculty speaking on child custody related issues, including parental alienation, and I worked as a court appointed special advocate for abused and neglected children for six years. I also have experience working with the Department of Children and Family, Guardian Ad Litems, and mental health and substance abuse counselors in custody matters. As a family law Attorney, I understand the emotional and financial difficulty of divorce and custody proceedings and I work hard to settle cases in an amicable manner.
