A graduate of Harvard College and Boston University School of Law, I work as a litigator with a focus on appellate work, civil and criminal. In approximately 20 years as a Boston divorce & family law and criminal defense lawyer, I have worked on appeals in all appellate courts that govern Massachusetts, both federal and state: the United States Supreme Court, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, and the Massachusetts Appeals Court, in addition to maintaining a trial level practice.
