I specialize in intellectual property litigation, trademark protection and enforcement, domain names, and copyright law. My litigation experience includes serving as lead counsel in patent, copyright and trademark cases in state and federal courts, as well as U.S. Opposition and Cancellation practice before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), U.S. Interference practice before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences, and European Opposition practice. In addition, I am an expert in managing Internet and domain name disputes.
