Scott Zanolli

     Scott Zanolli is an associate concentrating in the fields of business litigation, probate and fiduciary litigation, insurance defense, and real estate litigation.  He is adept at forging productive relationships with clients and fellow attorneys alike, which provides him a unique advantage in the pursuit of his clients’ best interests.

     Scott has litigated numerous cases in a variety of state courts including Superior Court, Probate Court, and Land Court.  Scott’s experiences are very diverse.  They include representing fiduciaries in complex trust and estates disputes, pursuing claims against employers under the Massachusetts Wage Act, and defending against actions involving catastrophic injuries and substantial damages claims.
