Legionnaires disease

Hired this attorney after contacting legionnaires disease at work following an industrial accident and was not evacuated. State reported!!!. I received the employer response that recommended critical, mandated water samples to b both the employer and OSHA. This is when i hired him. He asked the em...ployer for samples, they said no, we begged daily, no action or attempt was ever taken. I should have taken these documents to a judge, I'm sure he would have ordered samples. Very very disappointed. Never met with me personally in 6 months. How could he represent me when pertinent evidence was spoliated daily as time lapsed. Very very disappointed.
