Megan Burak is a senior associate attorney with Joel H. Schwartz, P.C. Megan primarily handles personal injury matters including but not limited to motor vehicle accidents and slip and fall incidents, as well as other claims of negligence. She has experience handling all stages of personal injury claims and various forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Prior to joining the firm, Megan was an associate attorney at a highly regarded firm in Woburn, MA, where she concentrated her practice in its personal injury department. Megan graduated cum laude from the University of Florida in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a minor in General Education. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida in 2009. While a student at Florida Coastal School of Law, Megan received multiple Dean’s Scholars distinctions and worked as a certified legal intern at the City of Jacksonville’s Office of General Counsel. Megan and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2010.

Outstanding Service
