I hired him after being rear ended by two vehicles, every time I called too check on my case I got run around after run around for a year finally I put my foot down and settled for all he said he could get, I don't believe he even tried it was a real waste of time, got less then a 3rd of what I shoul...

No personal attention
I was never able to get him on the phone. It took two years to get a settlement. And when asked to renegotiate it he wouldn't.
